Level 3 has revealed that it is planning fresh investment in the Colombian market, mooting the possibility of establishing the company’s first landing station in the country.

Brazil, during Capacity Latam 2012, Level 3's regional
president of Latin America & Caribbean, Hector Alonso, also
said the company has begun construction of a third data centre
